• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Immediate resolution of all technical issues
• Compatibility with all email providers

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to migrate the email accounts
• Backing up your data before migration
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms:

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments
• Credits never expire
• Refunds are available if migration fails due to our system error
• No refunds for user errors or incorrect credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

Migrate Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
